The Giorgio Armani Corp. has been hit with a lawsuit by an ex-employee, who charged the company ignored her sexual harassment complaints about a female boss who dropped trou in a closed-door talk.

Executive assistant Kelle Azzopardi claims she endured months of harassment from her former boss Laura Giulini, culminating with the drawers-dropping episode at the company’s Fifth Ave. offices.

Giulini, a former senior vice president for wholesale apparel, summoned the underling to her private office, closed the door, “then proceeded to take off her pants and expose herself,” Azzopardi claims in a wrongful-termination suit filed Monday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Azzopardi turned her head in disbelief and fear, then was told, “You don’t have to do that. I’m not a prude,” according to the suit.

Azzopardi says she repeatedly complained to the company’s human resources department about Giulini’s frisky behavior, but her gripes fell on deaf ears.

She claims she was fired in November in retaliation for her complaints.

Armani officials declined to comment.

Giulini — who left Armani in October to become managing director of the French luxury goods company Zadig & Voltaire — could not be reached for comment Tuesday.

“Kelle wants what everyone else does in these kinds of cases — justice,” Azzopardi’s attorney Maya Risman told the Daily News. “The only way she can get justice is in a court of law.”

Azzopardi claims Giulini began harassing her soon after she joined the company in October 2011 as an executive assistant and “ramped up her unconscionable behavior” after the pants-dropping shenanigans.

Hoping to silence Azzopardi, Giulini allegedly “trumped up negative reports” claiming Azzopardi did not meet her expectations.

Fearful of losing her job, Azzopardi says, she was forced to sign a report “confirming” Giulini’s claim that her work was subpar.

Azzopardi claims that the harassment continued even as Giulini was leaving the company.

At a going-away party last October for Giulini, which was widely attended by Armani employees, Giulini called Azzopardi to her side.

Giulini “brazenly gestured to (Azzopardi) and announced to everyone that she tried to have Ms. Azzopardi fired,” the suit claims.

Although she received “stellar” evaluations from other Armani executives, Azzopardi was put into “performance counseling” for 30 days and then canned, the suit charges.
